Get your team back on this browser

NativeReply has no password. Your team is remembered in the browser you paid from, so a new laptop, a private window or cleared cookies can sign you out. The order reference from your receipt brings it back.

Where to find it

  1. 1. Open the receipt Paddle emailed you when you paid.
  2. 2. Copy the reference that starts with txn_.
  3. 3. Paste it above. Your card details are never asked for again.

A colleague added you to a team?

Only the person who paid uses the order reference. Ask your team owner for the team link on their team page, then sign in with the same work email you used before.

No receipt to hand? Write to support@nimbuslabsai.com from the address you paid with and we can look your order reference up in Paddle and send it to you.
